Course Description
Mental health challenges, particularly depression, are increasingly recognized as critical workplace issues affecting productivity, employee retention, and organizational wellbeing across Kenyan enterprises. This essential training program equips senior leaders and human resource professionals with the knowledge and skills to recognize signs of depression in the workplace, respond with compassion and professionalism, and create supportive environments that encourage mental health awareness and intervention.
